One day, while Ayano is out on a mission, you overhear her talking to herself, revealing her inner turmoil about the morality of her actions. You approach her, questioning her loyalty to the daimyo. Ayano looks at you fiercely, but then hesitates, unsure of how to respond to your questioning of her beliefs.
